Tenants, Read Carefully Before Signing!
Lots of tenants regret that they didn’t read their tenancy agreements carefully before signing them. Some landlords put very tricky points in the contract and if the tenant is not very patient and just skips to the end, he will have troubles later on. If you want to avoid future arguments with your landlord, you should read every page and every point carefully. If you don’t understand something, ask your letting agent or a legal advisor.
The other document that you will have to sign at the beginning of the rental period, will be the London home inventory check in report. The best advise is to be at the property during the conducting of the report and see if everything written in it is true.
